How to Reset Your Password

We would like to remind our users to ensure that their TM3 account has the correct email address.  Go to My Account to update your information.



Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Click on the Forgot password (or if you have used the wrong password too many times you see this window)
  2. Enter a username in order to receive an email for "Forgot Password" link and click "Reset Password"
  3. Check your mailbox and click on "Reset My Password"

If you did not receive the email, please check your SPAM/Junk Folder. If you still cannot receive the reset email, please make sure to whitelist.
